This service of VISA Agency aims to facilitate the employers, which are looking for employees from the neighboring country, by organizing specialized labor and cooperative exchanges with an opportunity for a direct contact with the jobseekers from the region and exchange of information with other employers.
In particular, the service consists of the following steps:
Preparation and organization of a specialized labor or cooperative exchange in different cities of the cross-border region Romania-Bulgaria
Announcement of the labor exchange among employers through multiple communication channels: VISA Agency website, other website, facebook profiles and newsletters of Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Association for Sustainable Development Slatina, regional media, direct communication with the employers from the region via email and/or phone;
Direct communication and elaboration with the companies, which are interested in being included in the labor exchange: need of exhibition area, places for one-on-one conversations, translations, travels, accomodations etc.
Technical assistance for carrying out the labor exchange
In order to use that service, it's necessary to fill in and send an application for the provision of service.
