Consultations on safe working conditions

With this service, VISA Agency provides the employers with competent advisory assistance in concrete cases regarding health and safety in the workplace, which may arise or are already occurring as a result of the (forthcoming) hiring of employees from the neighboring state.

Consultations are provided for the following topics (incomplete list):

• General guidelines for health and safety at work;

• Requirements and order of risk assessment;

• Equipment and resources to ensure health and safety according to the specifics of the applicant company;

• Different cases when cooperating with the responsible institutions;

• Practices for health and safety of in the workplace outside of the mandatory regulation;

• Prevention of health risks in the workplace;

• Measures against stress in the workplace;

• Actions to be taken during a work accident with a foreign employee;

• Corporate social responsibility and internal standards and practices in employee health protection.

In order to use that service, it's necessary to fill in and send an application for the provision of service.
