According to a survey for Bulgaria by the polling agency Trend, conducted from March 5 to 28 among 1004 people, 66% of Bulgarians believe that young people should have connections in order to find a good job, and according to 60% of respondents, the education system does not prepare well enough for young people to find work easily.

Regarding whether the state should find jobs for young people - 42% believe that it is obliged to do so, while 51% believe that finding a job is the personal responsibility of young people.

33% of the respondents believe that young people have enough opportunities for professional realization, and 55% are of the opposite opinion.

Over 18% of young Bulgarians aged 15-30 neither work, nor have an appropriate education, and this creates a great challenge not only for the education system, the labor market, but also for the Bulgarian economy as a whole.
